I've hired Iris several times. I will hire her again but wanted to leave her a review since she didn't have any! Iris watched my seven year old son on five or six occasions when I had to leave early for work. She was on time, followed instructions well, was communicative, flexible and down to earth. She has a good rapport with my son. For tasks/responsibilities, she helped him to get ready for school--breakfast, homework, and walked him to school. Plus...she's cool! I recommend her!
