Iris has been with our family for 7.5-8 years. First with my nephews and then also my daughter (for the past 3 years). She is beyond incredible. She is very knowledgeable about early childhood development (I ask her questions all the time). She helped my daughter from 4 months to 3 years old with everything. She found things to do in the neighborhood such as music class, library story time, play dates with other kids, took her to a park everyday. She played games, sang songs, read books, did arts and crafts with her. She does not just sit around she is on the floor playing with my daughter. We moved away so that is why we are no longer with her but my daughter talks about her everyday and we face chat with her often. I can't say enough amazing things about Iris. I miss her everyday and any family will be beyond lucky to have her take care of their kids.
