About Iris

Hi! I'm Iris, a recent UC Riverside graduate with a B. A. in English. I have babysitting experience going back to my teenage years, primarily caring for elementary-school-aged children, including younger cousins and a family friend's child. I'm patient, friendly, and creative, and I enjoy finding activities based on each child's personality and interests. As an English major and writer, I especially love reading and storytelling and am happy to help with homework, reading practice, or writing. I also enjoy crafts, games, movies, and outdoor activities. I understand how important it is for parents to know their children are safe and comfortable while they're away. I'm happy to follow your family's routines and household rules, provide updates, prepare simple meals or snacks, and help with light tidying related to the children. I'm also comfortable around pets. I'm currently looking for occasional babysitting, date nights, weekend care, or part-time opportunities. I'd be happy to chat
