About Irina

Irina has been an incredible part of our family over the past eight months, caring for our son from the time he was 6 months old until he started daycare. As a first-time mom, I was incredibly nervous about leaving S. with someone else for the first time, but Irina immediately put my mind at ease. From day one, she was warm, dependable, patient, and so genuinely loving with him. S. absolutely adores Irina. He would light up every morning when she arrived, and it was clear how much he loved spending his days with her. Watching the bond they formed has been so special, and she truly became like family to us. Irina brought so much experience and knowledge to our home. She helped us establish a great nap routine, introduced S. to so many different foods with confidence and patience, and always found fun, engaging ways to spend the day with him. Whether they were singing songs, going on little neighborhood walks, or playing together, she made every day enriching and full of joy. She was also wonderful with our dog, Brixton, who loved her just as much. Beyond being amazing with S. Irina was always punctual, reliable, and an excellent communicator. I never had to worry when S. was with her because I knew he was safe, happy, and deeply cared for. We are so sad that we won’t get to see Irina every day now that S. is starting daycare, but we feel incredibly lucky that she was such an important part of his first year. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better nanny or a better first childcare experience. Any family would be fortunate to have Irina caring for their children, and I would be more than happy to speak with anyone considering hiring her. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
