About Irina

I've been a childcare provider for 15 years because I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I know how to create a safe and nurturing environment for kids of all ages. I understand that every family is different, so I always tailor my approach to meet the needs of the children in my care. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, and I keep parents informed about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with children, as well as board games and puzzles. I also enjoy playing educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time, and I have experience with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm also fluent in both English and Russian. I hope to bring joy and make a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for.
