"Ms. Irene" has been with our family for 4 months now. We love her so much and know how lucky we are to have found her! She has watched our younger son daily M-F since he was 4 months old, and also helps out with our 4 year-old son as needed on sick days and school breaks. She shows up on-time (actually, early!) every day with a smile and positive attitude. She makes sure the baby stays on his agreed-upon schedule, plays with him, reads to him, and works on milestones like crawling, walking, holding his bottle, feeding himself, etc. She helps with odd jobs around the house like laundry, organizing new clothes and hand-me-downs, emptying the dishwasher, disinfecting toys, emptying trash/recycling/diaper pals, and running errands. She also comes up with fun crafts for both boys to do. Ms. Irene keeps our boys happy and our household organized and we are so grateful to have her!!
