I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I can de-escalate stressful situations and incorporate memory care activities. I understand the importance of respecting independence while providing support. I communicate regularly with families, following their preferred method. I have CPR and First Aid certifications.
