About Irene

Hello!! My name's Irene, a student at UofM from San Juan, Puerto Rico passionate about childcare. My background includes two years of experience caring for up to four children, ranging from ages four to 12 and beyond. I also worked as a summer camp counselor for a summer coaching kids from 8-14 years old in beach tennis and consistently took care of my sister since she was 5. I am a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver who enjoys organizing outdoor sports, educational games, and puzzles to keep children engaged. Because I am a skilled swimmer, I am happy to provide attentive swimming supervision during play. I am comfortable following your lead on household rules and communication preferences. I'm also enthusiastic about teaching and helping with schoolwork! As I pursue my pre-legal studies, I am deeply committed to advocating for children's wellbeing.
