Irene has been with my mother in law almost 3 years after she fell and broke her shoulder. She has provided excellent care and had near perfect attendance. She has gone above and beyond as time has gone by from normal hours to overnight in emergency situations. We are at the point we are needing to reduce the hours and are hoping she can find something to help supplement the time she is losing.
