Irene came to the SNF a couple of times to help me with my mother. Irene spotted a sore on my mom's back that was missed by both the hospital and the SNF. She takes her job a VERY serious. She would text me and report every thing and handed me notes when I got back to the SNF. Irene puts medical professionals to shame. She's very attentive and pays attention to every detail. My mom suffered an accident & unfortunately passed, but both my sister and I trusted Irene with our mother.
