I love children! I have four of my own, plus two grandchildren. My background is primarily in early childhood development. I directed a daycare in my own home for six years. I worked for Kodiak Area Native Association (in Alaska) monitoring and setting up preschools in remote villages. I hosted many Early Childhood Development courses to keep our preschool teachers informed, engaged and inspired. One of my highest compliments was when a kindergarten teacher said that our preschoolers were entering kindergarten with imagination, social skills, and pre-reading skills.
