Irena is truly every parent's dream. Not only is she amazing with newborns and toddlers, meeting them where they're at, being silly, kind, caring, and firm when needed, but her true gift is helping parents using her extensive knowledge of child development. Whether its small questions about how to handle a particular behavior in the moment or big questions on how to teach children resilience and handle difficult conversations, she had guided us with her expertise and empathy.
