I was fortunate enough to interview Irelynn and speak with her on the phone several times. Unfortunately I could not hire her at the time solely based on our change in needs. I think Irelynn is super personable and very knowledgeable in child care. She was honest from the get-go which is huge in my book because even if she was looking at other potential families, she still kept me in the loop so I was not waiting around thinking she would interview and then not show up! I've come across several "nanny's" that just fall off of the face of the earth after making plans to interview, definitely not Irelynn's style. I know we did not get to work FT with each other but I can say just based on the times I have dealt with her, she would definitely be a dependable and honest worker.
