About Ireland

Hello! My name is Ireland and I've been in childcare for around 5 years. I've been a nanny for most of that time and have sincerely enjoyed watching my kiddos grow, learn and thrive. There's nothing like it ! My time working in a daycare was an extremely valuable experience: recognizing and documenting milestones, lesson planing , and collaboration with parents has helped me grow tremendously in childcare. My current employers love to travel, and work very often. Learning to be flexible and adjust quickly was a must! My position started when the child was 6 months. We practice speaking etiquette, social skills, basic building blocks of early learning and self sufficiency from day one and it really shows! I spend my free time (nap time) light meal prepping, light housekeeping, and caring for their dog. I have poured two years of teaching, love, and care into this family and can't wait to direct that same energy into the next chapter of my childcare career!
