About Ireland

I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible and thoughtful. I love working with kids because I find it very meaningful. I've always known I want to have a big family and so any time I can spend either supporting, caring for and encouraging children isn't work to me! I started working with kids when I was in high school. I started babysitting at age 16 and continued babysitting throughout college and law school as well. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and friends, going to beach, horseback riding, golfing, Pilates and yoga! One thing you should know about me is I am looking for a part-time or as needed role. Also that I'd love the opportunity to help families with childcare! My skills include showing empathy, being in tune and mindful, and adopting the parents' rules and parenting style.
