About Ireland

Hi! My name is Ireland, and I've always had a heart for working with children. I'm currently a student at Hope College, studying Elementary Education and playing on the lacrosse team. Caring for and connecting with kids comes naturally to me, and I find so much joy in helping them grow, learn, and have fun. I've babysat for a variety of families, caring for children from birth to middle schoolers. This past school year, I volunteered in three different schools, working with students PreK-5th grade. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills and deepened my passion for nurturing young minds. I'm known for being positive, hardworking, and dependable. Whether it's organizing fun activities, helping with schoolwork, or sticking to a routine, I'm committed to creating a safe and encouraging environment for children. I love spending time with my family and dogs, being outside, and traveling. I'd be honored to support your family and get to know your little ones!
