early childhood educator with over a decade of experience in child care :) currently a head teacher at early childhood center in oregon, previously a career nanny in san diego. looking for a summer nanny position in san diego!!! my main focus when working with children is building an intentional relationship with each child to ensure we have a great foundation for trust and security. I will focus on creating a consistent routine and a schedule that will incorporate fun activities that have math and literacy concepts integrated, social and emotional development and meaningful conversation while also getting the kiddos outside to enjoy the beautiful weather, adventure and grow in their physical development. Irasema was our nanny for our spunky then 2.5 year old individually and in a nanny share. She was always calm with all the kids, engaging with a learning approach, and very responsible. The kids were always learning something new and having a blast! One of the best caretakers we worked with! We highly recommend and would hire her back if we were still local.
