I offer respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and specialized dementia support. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I prioritize respecting independence when building connections. I communicate with families through verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have SOME COLLEGE education, am CPR and First Aid trained, and am comfortable with pets.
