About Irais

Hi! I'm Irais, 23, a soon-to-be elementary teacher with a bilingual endorsement in English and Spanish. I have experience observing and supporting classrooms with up to 27 students, which has helped me develop strong skills in organization, patience, and creating engaging learning experiences. I love working with children, helping them explore, learn, and grow through fun and educational activities, from reading and homework help to creative games and hands-on projects. I'm caring, reliable, and dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child feels motivated and valued. I began working with children through my college field experience, where I supported classrooms filled with children with diverse needs. That experience taught me how to manage different ages and personalities, assist with learning and homework, and create a positive, nurturing environment for kids.
