Hi, my name is Iptisam! I am a patient and compassionate caregiver with over 10+ years of experience supporting a nonverbal child with autism who has complex medical needs. I have a strong understanding of individualized care, alternative communication, and creating a safe, structured environment. I also have experience caring for children of all ages, including infants. I am comfortable with feeding, diapering, abiding by routines, and facilitating age-appropriate activities.
