About Ioly

My name is Ioly, and I've dedicated over a decade of my life to working with children, and I can genuinely say it's my passion. I've spent the past several years providing loving, reliable care to families both in my home country and here in the USA. My childcare journey began more than 10 years ago, and I've gained diverse and meaningful experience every step of the way. I spent 2 wonderful years as an au pair, and became a trusted part of their daily routine. This experience gave me deep insight into the values and rhythms of USA culture life and helped me sharpen my skills in balancing structure, creativity, and flexibility in caregiving. I'm now looking for a part-time nanny position, afternoon/morning, and occasional weekends, depending on your family's needs, and am happy to travel within a reasonable distance. I am also open to nanny share arrangements, as I currently work in one and find it a beautiful way to support families while helping children develop social skills.
