Iola was lovely and energetic during the initial screening process. We scheduled a video interview, but she cancelled due to being in traffic. When we rescheduled she did not show or return any of my calls or emails. A dependable and trustworthy potential employee would have the courtesy to get back to a potential employer, even if she were no longer interested in the position. Very disappointing not to mention the loss of valuable time
