I have used Ioana's services on numerous occasions and she has been more than great. She is punctual and accommodating, sometimes even cancelling her own plans to help out when last-minute-situations occur. My kids are happy and actually are always asking when she is coming back. She always gives me thorough reports on how the day went and always checks with me if my older one asks for video games or to go visit a friend. I feel at peace when she takes care of my boys. I would highly recommend her.
