Never showed up x2 and didn’t communicate well at all

Hello Ingris Can you text me your phone number

She came 40 minutes late and then didn’t seem to want to do the laundry, or clean dishes and start the dishwasher. She finished in about 2 hours vacuuming and “mopping” with a swifter thing, not moving furniture or things. I asked her to come back to the bedroom and she said she was finished. I asked if she could water the plants in one of the rooms upstairs first and she said got annoyed and said she had to go soon. I said ok, and said started doing the calculations to Venmo her and she said “no! It’s $180.00 for house cleaning, for this” and I was like- but it’s for house keeping by the hour at $35/hour. And she said no- it’s for cleaning the house. I accepted and just had her leave. Find someone else if you live in SF.

Ingris did a decent job cleaning my house. It's what I would expect from a routine house cleaning. Unfortunately, she was not clear on her rate, and she also charged me to pay her parking ticket. Her customer service/communication left me wanting. Not a big deal if that's all it was, but I feel like I was taken advantage of. I paid her, and was happy for her help. However, I would say look elsewhere for a housekeeper - especially if you live in San Francisco.

Ingrid has been great to work with—she consistently does a thorough job, communicates well, and requires minimal follow-up. I appreciate her reliability and how she takes initiative. Highly recommend her services!

Ingrid was polite, fast, communicative and VERY thorough with cleaning. Highly recommend!

Great cleaning and easy to work with! My wife and I are glad to have her helping us keep our home clean and organized.
 Highly recommended!

Ingris was fantastic. She got straight to the work after our initial conversation about my expectations.
She finished and she did what we talked about..

Ingris did a great job cleaning my apartment: very thorough, good communication and arrived promptly. Would recommend!

I don't even know how to describe how completely she flaked out on me. Asked me to move window by an hour, so I moved childcare by an hour, then showed up early, when we weren't ready, said she'd come back in 10 min, told me she actually charged double per hour *which I accepted*, left and didn't come back, didn't answer phone, texted me 50 min later that she couldn't do the job. So frustrating.

Ingris was very professional. She did a thorough job requiring very little guidance. We established an ongoing work schedule.

Ingris did a great job cleaning and organizing my house. We have a toddler, and my husband and I both work full time, so things get out of control quickly. Ingris completed all of the tasks requested of her and managed her time well. She worked independently while I worked from home. I'll be happy to have her back again soon!

Overall the cleaning was solid, with minor issues she corrected.

But I was clear about the price of $30/hr for just her. She then added after the fact she used a second cleaner which I said was fine. I would pay an additional $30/hr.

The day of the cleaning she arrived 20 minutes late. I had to inquire with a text where she was. She had already said a day or two before she would be late due to traffic (20 minutes) so this was another 20 minutes on top of that.

I asked how many hours at the $60/hr rste and she said no, it was a "deep cleaning". She then gave me a flat rate for the whole project of $520. This was for 1 master bedroom, 2 baths, a kitchen, a small living room and dining room. About 1100sq ft.

She arrived at 10:40. She left at 4. That amounts to over $95/hr for two cleaners, or $42.50/hr. That was a lot more than I signed up for. I wouldn't necessarily have minded paying this, and I did, but it would have been better for her to say up front the rate.

Also I had to tell her to wash the bathtub that had a ring around it when she was about to leave. She fixed that and it was fine. Good job overall just some communication issues.

She know what she's doing. She is proactive when it comes to questions that are not answered. She puts on good amount of effort.

An excellent service, she is responsible, professional and very careful with every detail of the cleaning.
