I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and run errands. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. Supporting families and providing reliable care is important to me.
