I'm looking for a part-time mother's helper role where I can support a busy household in a practical, hands-on way. I'm not expecting a perfectly structured environment-I'm comfortable stepping into real-life family routines and helping wherever the need is most that day. Ideally, I'd assist with things like keeping the kitchen and common areas under control, helping with laundry, light tidying, basic meal prep, and jumping in with kids when an extra set of hands would make things easier. I'm happy to take direction, but I'm also good at noticing what needs to be done and taking initiative without needing constant instruction. I'm looking for a family that values reliability, flexibility, and a low-pressure, supportive dynamic. My goal is to make day-to-day life feel more manageable-taking some of the mental and physical load off so things run a little smoother. I'm especially interested in something during school hours or a part-time schedule that fits around my own family's routine.
