I have been working with Ingrid for almost a year and can't complain about the amazing job she has been doing. My only concern, and the most important one to me, is communication. She often doesn't respond in a timely mannern or can reply in a week or so,and a few times she sent only her helpers instead. They did an okay job, but not at the same level. Overall, she does great work, but I would give a lower score for communication and consistency when it comes to sending helpers to my house.(
