About Ines

Being a mother has been the most rewarding and beautiful experience of my life. I'm passionate about respectful and positive parenting, and I believe confident, capable, and happy children . This includes respecting their readiness signs--whether it's starting solids, recognizing sleep cues, or developing potty independence. Every child grows at their own pace, and our role is to guide and support them as they meet their needs. I also believe that being held, loved, and given attention is just as vital as sleep, nutrition, and hygiene. I live in a calm, family-friendly neighborhood between Martinsburg and Inwood--an ideal place where children can feel safe and cared for. My availability is mainly during weekends, and I would prefer to babysit at my house, but I'm happy to evaluate other options. I'm originally from Portugal, fluent in English, and happy to introduce your children to Portuguese. I love nature, travel, and time with loved ones.
