About Indika

Caring for my four younger siblings really sparked a passion for childcare in my life. As a caregiver, I think my strongest attributes are that I'm friendly, patient, and easy to rely on. I have my own transportation and a squeaky clean driving history, with over 12 years of paid experience caring for children of all ages. I enjoy joining kids in various activities, from outdoor sports to crafts, puzzles and video games. I have a college degree and I'm also certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I always follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether that is providing written updates/ reports or communicating verbally at the end of the day. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules per the parent's wishes. Supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me. I hope to bring my experience and love for working with children to your family.
