I'm a patient, attentive, and creative momma to a 7-year-old with anxiety and possible neurodivergence. I've spent years learning gentle, respectful parenting, including using tools like a calm corner with sensory items and emotion coaching. I read children's emotions well and help redirect behavior with care and consistency. I've been caring for kids since I was 13, (17 years) including church camp counseling, babysitting for family and friends, and now watching another 6-year-old girl this summer. I love to help kids explore the world with creativity like arts, crafts, and outdoor play. I value structure, kindness, and communication. I have experience with homeschool, so I'd be happy to keep your child educated over the summer. I'm looking for a stable, regular sitting/nanny job, and I'd love to bring a nurturing presence to your child's life. My home is modestly sized with plenty of room for fun!
