She was a great CNA and took wonderful care of my grandmother while she was ill. Not only was she professional and attentive to her medical needs, but she also showed genuine compassion and patience. Having someone so reliable and kind made a difficult time much easier for our entire family. We are incredibly grateful for the high level of care she provided.
