I'm a warm and nurturing caregiver with five years of experience, I am passionate about providing a safe and enriching environment for children. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and positively impact their lives. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with both children and families. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, ensuring that they are regularly updated about their child's day and any matters that arise. I am flexible in adapting to the parents' preferred communication method, whether it's verbal discussions during pickup, regular text messages, or phone calls. Understanding the importance of structure and routine, I am comfortable enforcing household while maintaining a nurturing and respectful environment. I will be available starting July 13th.
