About Imani

Hi there! I am a recent graduate of Howard University and am a soon-to-be graduate of LSU this upcoming December! I worked in child care services for 5 years. I was a Paraprofessional for children ages 5-18 with Autism, Aspergers, and Cerebral Palsy which sparked my passion for kids! Of those 5 years, 3 of those years I was an Art Teacher teaching the kiddos so that they had a creative outlet. Growing up, I had my own variety of nannies whom I adored and cherished for being there during the good and bad times of childhood. I am a very compassionate, patient, and personable person to be around. It is very easy for me to connect with people of every age due to working in my other passion - healthcare. Growing up, I have always wanted to combine my passion for education and healthcare into one and I believe this would be a great chance to fulfill that. I have my own car (SUV) to pick up/drop off and run errands if need be. I look forward to meeting you and your family! Thank you!
