Hi! I'm Iman! I've spent over 7 years working with individuals with special needs. I began as a Job Coach at the Center for Educational Advancement in Flemington, NJ, where I guided high-functioning adults with disabilities in developing job skills, hygiene routines, and time management. I also supported clients at their workplace, including Goodwill &Taco Bell. I later worked as a Teacher's Assistant at the Developmental Learning Center in Warren, NJ, helping children with diverse developmental needs. I've also worked in several group homes as a Direct Support Professional for 4 years. I'm known for my soft heart, patience, and understanding nature, which helps those I support feel comfortable and valued. I truly love this work and am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment for every individual I care for.
