About Ilyssa

I absolutely love children and getting to know all of their unique personalities. I have been working with children since the 6th grade from volunteering at summer camps or sports camps. I also baby sat for numerous families in Murray Hill and would pick them up from school and helped with making snacks and completing homework. I have been involved with sports teams for 15 years and that has taught me how to meet new people and learn how to properly communicate with not only other kids, but adults. I am a easy going, trust worthy, well organized, and love to have fun!. My schedule is very flexible so I can help anytime when needed. Depending on how old the group of children are, I usually will bring some sort of toys or books. I know how to cook so I can make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I love to be creative and encourage creative thinking. I also play D1 college soccer at Saint Mary's College of California in the Bay Area, so I am active and love anything outdoors.
