About Me Hi! I'm Ilyanna! I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and over 10 years of experience in childcare, behavioral health, and family services. I've worked with children of different ages, personalities, and needs, and I genuinely enjoy helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. I'm patient, nurturing, dependable, and love finding creative ways to keep kids engaged through games, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and learning experiences. I'm also comfortable helping with daily routines, homework, meal preparation, and providing extra support for busy families. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and encouraged to be themselves. My goal is to create a fun, positive, and caring environment while giving parents peace of mind.
