I had posted a job about needing a sitter for my daughter within a few days. Ana applied and even gave me references. I checked them and tried to schedule an interview with her quickly. I thought we had found our sitter. I never heard back from her and feel as though my time had been wasted perusing an applicant that really wasn't interested in the position when I really needed to spend that time finding someone.
