About Ilsa

Nurturing a child's curiosity and watching them reach new milestones is my greatest passion. With a college degree and experience as a Certified Teacher, I bring a structured yet creative approach to childcare. I am patient, calm, and thrive when engaging children through outdoor sports, board games, or educational puzzles. I am comfortable caring for up to four children and am happy to assist with carpooling, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I prioritize clear communication by following your preferred method to discuss your child's day. I am always happy to follow your lead regarding household rules to ensure consistency. I look forward to the possibility of becoming a trusted member of your family's support system.
