Hello, my name is Ilona. I have a Master's degree in Social Work and over 2. 5 years of hands-on experience providing compassionate care for older adults in the United States. My background in social work and three years of volunteer service with senior organizations have given me a deep understanding of the emotional, physical, and social needs of older adults. I genuinely enjoy supporting seniors in maintaining their dignity, comfort, and quality of life. I have experience assisting with daily routines, companionship, mobility support, walking, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing a calm, respectful presence.
