About Illiana

Hi! I'm Illiana, a compassionate and dependable caregiver/CNA with several years of hands-on experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care, hospice, and private home care. I'm also currently in nursing school, which has strengthened my knowledge of patient safety, mobility, personal care, medications, and recognizing changes in condition. I'm comfortable assisting with bathing and dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. I believe caregiving is about more than completing tasks, it's about treating each person with patience, dignity, and respect while helping them maintain as much independence as possible. I'm attentive, reliable, and genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I care for. My goal is to provide compassionate care while giving families peace of mind knowing their loved one is in good hands!
