About Iliana

Hi! I'm Iliana! I've worked with children of all ages for about 10 years through babysitting, nannying, daycare, shelter care, community teaching, and infant classes. I currently work at a hospital and am CPR/BLS certified. I recently earned my bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from USU. People describe me as empathetic, creative, authentic, compassionate, and patient. I love doing activities kids enjoy, and safety is always my top priority. I'm comfortable with meal prep, chores, transportation, and helping wherever needed. I value being trustworthy, dependable, and a good communicator. I can offer a flexible schedule once I've arranged my current shifts, and I'm comfortable with animals. In my free time, I enjoy thrifting, crafting, poetry, and playing with my sugar gliders. I'd love to be a parent someday, so caring for children feels natural and meaningful to me. I'm hoping to find a position I look forward to each day and leave feeling fulfilled.
