Iliana is your Mary Poppins nanny/babysitter, she is seriously amazing. She has cared for my (now) 3.5 year old boy and 10 month old boys since before I even had my second kid. She has an amazing calm before toddler tantrum storms, redirects and guides them to a positive and self-regulating stance. She researches activities, goes out 1-2X a days to take my boys to meet with friends, parks, farms, hikes, plans themed parties.... she planned my son's 3rd birthday, I mean... what!! She's amazing, loving, and completely part of our family. She knows my parents now, texts them with pictures and coordinating times to hang out, she's just the epitome of sweetness and genuine, such a rare gift of a nanny. You'll never find someone sweeter and more loving than her, I can't recommend her more highly, definite 6/5 stars!
