About Ilia

Hi! My name is Ilia , and caring for children has been a meaningful part of my life for over 10 years. As the eldest of three siblings and 10 grandchild, I stepped into a caregiver role early on, starting with changing my baby brother's diapers at just 8 years old. I began working as a mother's helper at 14 and have since gained extensive experience babysitting for family friends, referrals, and new families. I've cared for children of various ages and nannied full-time for three summers. I'm outgoing, responsible, compassionate, and patient, and I pride myself on being dependable, attentive, and kind. I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and encouraged to learn and grow. I recently moved from Minnesota and currently work a 9-5 in Marketing.
