About Ilene

I have been working as a companion for the elderly for about 10 years now. I enjoy the conversation, assisting with daily chores and would like to offer my services as someone who can accompany the individual to appointments, errands or for a walk, coffee and conversation! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, nurturing and helpful. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy hearing about their rich life experiences and enrich their life. I'm looking for a job that can accommodate my hours and the individual's hours. I started caring for seniors as a single Mom when kids were at school! In my spare time, I like to read, watch documentaries, and walk. One thing you should know about me is that I like to finish a task I start to completion. My skills include guarding when walking, safety and prevention, and a listening ear.
