My name is Ilean, I'm 25 and the oldest sibling in a close-knit family, which has given me strong responsibility, patience, and care. I have experience with children from infants to 9 years old. With the J. family, I cared for their 1-year-old son, handling naps, diaper changes, and fun bilingual games in Spanish. For over two years with the Z. family, I cared for their two kids (ages 2-9), managing meals, baths, homework, playdates, bedtime, and full-day care during school breaks. I've also supported T (9 years old) for over a year and a half with homework, meals, care and creative activities. Families describe me as trustworthy, nurturing, and responsible.
