About Ileana

I'm Ileana, and my journey in childcare began at 16 when I discovered my love for working with children. After spending several years as a stay-at-home mom to my three kids, I re-entered the workforce and found a fulfilling role with the school district. I worked in ALE classrooms at two elementary schools, where I had the opportunity to support children with cerebral palsy, autism, and other physical disabilities. This experience was particularly meaningful to me, as I have a child on the spectrum. It has given me a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for the challenges that families with special needs face. I find great joy in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive, and I am dedicated to making a positive difference in their lives.
