Ileana is absolutely amazing. She came into our lives when our baby boy was 2 months old and I had to go back to work full time. Our boy is now 17 months and because of her, he is funny, sweet, smart and kind. Her and our baby spend many hours together. She works for us about 4 full days every week and is always on time and very dependable. When the baby goes down for naps, she helps to clean and tidy our home which is a huge help with 2 working parents. She also does the baby's laundry every week and takes him outside or to the park etc. Ileana has become part of our family with her kindness and love for our baby boy. It is with great sadness that we cannot work with her any more as my husband is getting a sudden job transfer to Tampa. We honestly don't know what we will do without her. Our life is so easy and loving because she is in it and the next family that hires her will be absolutely blessed to have her in their lives as well. If you have any further questions, please call me!
