About Ilayna

I am an energetic, compassionate, and dependable caretaker! I love working with kids because I feel called to be a safe place for children to rely on to provide them with sincere love and care- I also love to share with kids the joys of life and encourage the wonder that drives creativity, as much as I love to teach and inspire- I find myself even more inspired by their light :) I'm looking for a job that can provide a pretty consistent schedule and consistent communication. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old and have coached young gymnasts, taught at the learning zone daycare, and babysat ages 1-10. In my spare time, I like to run, play outside with my dog, practice piano and cook with my mom! One thing you should know about me is while I LOVE to have a fun time - your child's safety is my number one priority so I am CPR and first aid certified. I am very reliable and will always be on top of communication.
