About Ilaria

Hi everyone! My name is Ilaria , and I'm 26 years old. I came from Italy two years ago. I worked as an au pair, which means living with and caring for children in a host family. I really enjoy helping families with their kids and spending time with them, they are the pure joy of life! I have three years of experience caring for children from newborns to 11 years old. My approach is patient and friendly, and I always follow the parents' lead regarding household rules and preferred communication styles. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and driving wherever needed. I love engaging kids in outdoor activities and educational games, and I'm also happy to help with cooking and light housekeeping. I am CPR-trained.
