About Ilana

Nurturing young minds is my passion, and I've dedicated myself to creating a supportive and engaging environment for children. With a college degree and one year of childcare experience, I enjoy caring for children aged 0-3 and up to 11. My background includes Early Child Development Coursework, First Aid Training, and CPR Training. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I love playing board games, doing art projects, and teaching children through educational games. I am also comfortable helping with cooking, meal preparation, and carpooling. I communicate with parents through verbal updates and regular texts or calls. While I am comfortable enforcing household rules, I prefer to do so in collaboration with you. I became a caregiver to positively impact children's lives and support families. I am a Certified Teacher, and I would love to bring my creativity and calm demeanor to your family.
